Picture Building explores how architectural forms from local environments can be reconsidered in contemporary abstract painting. By adapting commercial printing processes of transparent overlap, these works recreate different architectural shapes, applied in various combined layers of cyan, magenta, yellow and black to consider techniques of image reproduction.
